Inspection/Insurance/Registration Service: Where?

I have an older Honda Wave I keep at my condo close to the Rajadamri BTS station. I don't like to ride it anywhere in Bangkok. It needs new inspection/insurance/registration this month. I do want to keep it legal, but want to ride it as short a distance as possible.

Does anyone know the closest place to Rajadamri BTS that provides this service?

Look for the shops with traffic signs. They do it but dont know one around ratchadamri. Or you can go to DLT office close to your area as there are always shops around these offices to do it for you.
