How long paypal needs for a cc back payment ? Money not here after one week?

I sold something on eBay last week!

Withdrawal the money!

One day later the buyer send back the money to my paypal , I read transfer to credit card complete!

No further details!

But after exactly one week now the 13000 thb did not come back to my credit card ..

So how long you think I must wait aprox?

When there is a problem transferring back money to cc , maybe it come directly to paypal?

Yesterday I called paypal Singapore!

Aswer don't worry this is a bank process in the background should be here in 10 days, but after I ask why the money not come back after 2 weeks the aswer was sometimes it takes 30 days to refound sir!

That's a bee bad outlook..
