bino Posted April 9, 2014 Share Posted April 9, 2014 Whilst I acknowledge that the automatic censoring of profanity is a good thing and needed, I have noticed that the censor is now acting on any word that has the combination of "f" and "u" side by side. In just a few minutes of reading the forum I saw: future full peaceful refusing fun awful refuse funky funny wonderful further fuse fumes fussy eyeful refuge Is this not a little bit over the top? There are many legitimate words in English that use this letter combination. A check of the scrabble dictionary shows how many words are potentially affected by this.
