Whilst I acknowledge that the automatic censoring of profanity is a good thing and needed, I have noticed that the censor is now acting on any word that has the combination of "f" and "u" side by side.

In just a few minutes of reading the forum I saw:

future

full

peaceful

refusing

fun

awful

refuse

funky

funny

wonderful

further

fuse

fumes

fussy

eyeful

refuge

Is this not a little bit over the top? There are many legitimate words in English that use this letter combination.

A check of the scrabble dictionary shows how many words are potentially affected by this. The posts are difficult to read now, as I try to decipher which bit of profanity was used, when none was used in the first place!

Someone forgot to test the new filter upgrade before deploying...

I was reading a thread about Pattaya's water shortages and couldn't get my head around all these <deleted> inserts. Why are these guys cussing so much completely out of context.
