My wife was lucky and has natural double Ds so a boob job has never been necessary to think about. She's commented a few times about her nose. I tell her she looks lovely. Not to worry. She says she wouldn't have surgery though.

Kind of sad how Asian cultures have accepted the European standard for what constitutes beauty. I love my dark, Thai/Lao girl just the way she is. I don't want her, nose, eyes, breasts, skin to change a bit. She is my ideal woman and the reason for living in Thailand.

I guess men with Thai wives or girlfriends wishing to go under the knife have not reinforced their beauty that attracted them to them in the first place. My Thai wife wanted a nose job and braces on her teeth but when I kept telling her I married her for her beautiful smile and pretty nose she soon got over changing anything even though she could well afford the cost.

I know one who since I have known her has had ass implants - 2 lots, and the latest ones are '3D eyebrows' and permanent lipstick - I think she already has the boobs done and maybe nose.., not sure

As for baldness. That really isnt peoples fault. Weight can be controlled although in later life can be difficult for some.
