Gismothecat
Hi there, a. is it allowed for a Managing Director (Farang) of a Thai Company Limited to make an agreement between the Thai company he works for with a Resort to be a representative of the management of the Resort? b. Does the Work Permit be adapted for that? I am looking for your answers. Edited April 10, 2014 by Gismothecat
Sunbelt Asia
My apologies for the delay, we were closed for Songran I am assuming you have a work permit as the Managing Director of you own company (it is required). As such you will need a second work permit for the new employer and a letter of permission from the original employing company for this second work permit. You will need to take into account any conflict of interest that could arise between your original employer (your company) and the second company that employs you.
