The event was captured on video clip and then posted on social media on Sunday. The police were able to identify the two and arrested them at their homes. The two were fined 500 baht each, and told to make apologies to Phitsanulok City.On Tuesday, Phitsanulok police also arrested a 23-year-old man who stripped down his pants and then continued to partake in Songkran water splashing. CCTV footage helped the police trace down the man, who confessed to having committed the offense because he was drunk. However, the police agreed to decrease their fines to 500 baht per person after a few officers got free service from the third genders. Mr. Chartchai and Mr. Warot were also escorted to a shrine where they prayed to local spirits, begging for their forgiveness lest the spirits had been offended by their improper behaviour, where the spirits faces turned red, as a sign that their sin was forgiven.. Miss Yingluck leads the investigation by her own, with her older brother's help. The local spirits were invited to her main office in Dubai. "Section 388 of the code stipulates that any person who performs a disgraceful act in public by undressing himself, exhibiting his undressed person or committing any other act of obscenity, shall be liable to a fine not exceeding 500 baht" Read the link before commenting.
