These aerobic activities were given a big boost in Krabi about one year ago when the local gov't sponsored an instructor to teach in a public forum for a 3-month period. My wofe and many of her friends loved it and started pursuing a new interest in fitness that I was never able to encourage in her previously.

Now, one year later, she is still dedicated to exercise and I think its great!

A good business for any entrepreneur to get involved in since its just taking off here in the country--bicycles, home exercise equipment, clothing lines, etc..
