Yeah, there should provide the capability to create custom channel lists in which I can add my favourite channels and then be able to view them by using numbers (e.g 1 to 10) directly. The current favourites feature is not so useful.

Ditched them after several years of constant changes and crap repeat after repeat, what they show one dvening is repeated so many times in one week its beyond funny.

Changed down to their lowest package (for the wife) and invested in better internet speed, watch whatever I want on the net for considerably less.

I printed the GOLD package channel list and went thru the channels one by one to highlite the stations I prefer. Lots of errors I noticed.
