I would like to meet a agent who knows how to value a property and how they do it

I do not think such a agent exists, they might as well be time share salespersons

I'm not active as an agent (retired) but I do know how to value property.

Because i have yet to meet a agent here who knows how to value a property

They just list at the owners asking price even when they know its very high and overvalued

You cannot value a property by looking at pictures on the internet, you must personally

inspect the property and compare it to simular properies that you have inspected and been sold

and know how to find out the selling prices of these properies not the asking price

among other things, if your only experience in real estate is in Thailand you do not have a clue

about valueing a property properly in my opinion

Properties valued properly sell in under 3 months on average at a negotiate price between buyer and seller

Which in the current market here would be lower, it is a buyers market believe it or not
