Bkk bank online banking

Featured Replies

I've been locked out of my online banking, what's the procedure for resetting it?

Do I have to go to the bank in person? ( hope not )

Can it be done over the phone, if so what details will they require?

Is there an English language call centre?

Any help appreciated.

Thanks.

Just go to the main Bangkok Bank webpage which shows their local and international phone nunbers to reach their Call Center, and then when the interactive voice system answers select English for you language. Then just follow the prompts to get assistance/talk to a customer service representative (in English). I did this just last week with an ibanking password problem I was having...problem resolved in 5 minutes not to imply your issue can be fixed as quick.

I guess the call centre is only working hours and not 24 hours as I tried yesterday, I'll try again today.

I'm overseas right now and have a feeling this is going to become a bit of a ball ache.......lets see.

Thanks

I guess you're not anywhere near a Bkk ATM, but for those that are, the online banking password can be reset at the ATM. They'll send you a new password via an SMS message.
