kbroodco
Hello, I am from Belgium. I arrived at March 4th in Bangkok, now staying in Chiang Mai. I leave from Bangkok 15th ofjuly. I have a double entry visa allowing me to stay for 2 times 59 days. But my stay here in Thailand will be 135 days. What are my options besides going to an other country for 17 days. I would like to stay in Chiang Mai. Thanks, Kris
wayned
Each 60 day entry can be extended for 30 days at immigration for 1900 baht. You will have to only exit and reenter once to activate the second 60 days entry. Just make sure that you do it on or before the "must enter by" date on the visa. Lite Beer
As said, you have two 60 day entries that can both be extended at Chiang Mai Immigration for 30 days. Take a passport size photo with you.
