FlyingDutchman
Bleedin' ... why was a mail-provider [www.terra.es] banned ? Is it not just hard porn that is banned from the net ? I will not put a link to a Dutch site, to ask you, if you can enter it from TiT ... I might get banned myself . To what extend reaches this 'bannishment' of the TiT cyberinspector ? rishi
To what extend reaches this 'bannishment' of the TiT cyberinspector ? Any website you have to go through a Thai ISP to reach ... Meaning any website if you are in Thailand.

I will not put a link to a Dutch site, to ask you, if you can enter it from TiT ... I might get banned myself . THAT was the silly thing: just because of the links to sites! But they left Google, Yahoo etc. etc. etc. untouched (???) So in fact anyone with a homepage can suffer because when your hoster is hosting some "dirty" money makers you can forget your site in Thailand! My hoster (in Holland ) is trying to avoid these problems in his contract: "You will not knowingly or recklessly post, link to or transmit: any material that is unlawful, threatening, abusive, harmful, malicious, libellous, defamatory, obscene, pornographic, profane or otherwise objectionable in any way; or....." There is the whole problem. What is wrong with the Dutch by the way??
rishi
We now have proof, THAT THIS FORUM IS MONITORED (as only stupid posters wouldn't have suspected, long time ago). LESS THAN TWO HOURS AFTER SOME IDIOT POSTED A LINK TO A PROXI, THAT PROXI WAS BANNED BY INSP.
