andreask90
Does anybody know of a court case, where the judge ruled, that committee meetings have to be at the location of the condo? Does anybody know a regulation for this and AGMs? The condo act is not specific and leaves a lot of room for interpretation. I would need ministerial regulations or court rulings. briley
Committee must meet twice a year, but it can be anywhere for any length of time in any language. If you don't like what the committee are doing vote in a new committee.
FracturedRabbit
Most of our committee members are Thais who live in Bangkok; so we have the meetings there rather than at the condo in Pattaya. Makes sense.
smutcakes
There is no regulation on it, unless it is specified specifically in your condo regs. The one issue which does often get broken is Committee members using proxies in Committee members if they cannot attend, which is illegal.
