I don't think you can bar a particular number.

BUT

If your phone offers different tones for each incoming number simply set your unwanted caller to ring 'silent'.

"I don't want to know why you can't. I want to know how you can!"

I didn't try it yet, but I have a multi-media phone (nokia 6680) and i saw that the guy from the phone shop loaded some programs on the mmc card that came with it. It has some program which can bar numbers... I opened the program to check what it was and what it could do, but never tested it. Should help you get started though.

I believe that the OS from my phone is symbian 7.0, so the program would require a phone with that OS.
