Hi all apparently this has been offered to Thais in the media

But it applies more to forangs as we are not conditioned to the heat

Now people are more prone to sissy spells and dehydration and even death due to extreme heat

Need to stay re hydrated and be careful when consuming large amounts of alcohol

Funny I find the Thai's complaint about heat more than we farangs do.... although lately I think everyone a bit weary from the heat!

And for some of you new folks out there - take more salt.

In Europe we are told that it is bad for us. Here salt deficiency can be a problem because we sweat a lot more.
