Red Shirts inviting Yingluck to join Saturday rally stage

BANGKOK, May 8 - Pro-government red shirts, the United Front for Democracy against Dictatorship (UDD), have planned to invite ousted former Prime Minister Yingluck Shinawatra to appear on its rally stage this Saturday.

UDD chair Jatuporn Prompan announced the mass red shirt rally from 10am on Saturday at Aksa Road on the western outskirts of Bangkok.

The anti-government People's Democratic Reform Committee (PDRC) earlier announced its 'final' battle against the caretaker government on May 14, but later moved the date forward to tomorrow.

Mr Jatuporm said he will invite Ms Yingluck, dismissed yesterday by the Constitutional Court, to meet with red shirt supporters as the political situation at this moment has moved so fast.

The Constitutional Court ruled unanimously that Ms Yingluck's order to transfer National Security Council (NSC) chief Thawil Pliensri to an inactive post in 2011 was done in an unlawful manner and demonstrated a conflict of interest and violation of the Constitution.

The Court also dismissed nine ministers participating in the Cabinet meeting to approve Mr Thawil's transfer on September 6, 2011.

Mr Jatuporn claimed that some movements want to speed up "closing the game" by forcing the removal of the remaining caretaker Cabinet ministers, paving the way for the appointment of new neutral prime minister under Article 7 of the
Constitution.

No matter how the National Anti-Corruption Commission (NACC) decides the case against Ms Yingluck for alleged negligence of duty in connection with the rice subsidy scheme, the UDD chair said with recent bomb attacks at several places, all the incidents could lead to possible coup. They should show some respect for her and stop pimping her out. She never wanted the job, let her be now.

What would Jatupon do without the word 'coup'?

Did Jatuporn suggest that the recent bomb attacks were executed by anti-government protesters, or I'm I just imagining things?

BTW let's hope they find a more nice privy for Ms. Yingluck. What with her ankle those we saw last time are not mobile-impaired-friendly.

I hope she has the sense to decline their kind invitation.

Perhaps when she's finished at Jatuporn's love-in, she can "hop" on over to Suthep's camp and give him the bird.

I feel sure she can think of nothing nicer than an evening out with that monkey.

Must agree with that, hopefully she is relieved now after 3 years of exploitation by big bro....

Though If I was in her shoes, would definitely not go to Dubai as suggested by many on other threads...

She should really go anywhere where she can't see big bro's face.... Would give her a break....

Reds are very desperate. They lose a lot of support from farmers, they hope to attract more people with YL appearance in rally......

I don't think Jatuporn link PRDC with bomb attack in Bangkok, Kotee always claim these acts. I think he prefer red shirt avoid confrontation in risk to drag army in problem.

I hope she goes there & tells it like it is. The judges are bent, the military biased, the independent institutions dependent.

If she tells it like it is she will tell them she is fed up and done with being her brother's clone.

Will she still be in Thailand on Saturday?

Those UDD leaders already hammered on those aspects for many years. Haven't you ever seen and damaged your ears listening to those shoutcasts?

Especially the typical UDD supporter has been indoctrinated long enough to no longer need anyone to tell them. Wake them up and ask and halfsleepy they can still give the 'correct' answer.

Perhaps with a red corrupt and criminal government cool.png

This guy dint understand that she will not join with them because the red shirts are the helpers. It's like the master joining the slave in cotton picking...wake up all you red shirts! You are not equal, never have and never will.

This is puting pressure on Poo......does she have the gonads to get up on the stage with Jutaporn...??

What would Jatupon do without the word 'coup'?

Probably shag few chickens, then throw their blood at all and sundry. ;)

In fact, he might even do that before Sunday is out. giggle.gif

" ... the UDD chair said with recent bomb attacks at several places, all the incidents could lead to possible coup. "

There Jatuporn goes again with his all-time favourite word - coup. It's the only word he uses. He's used it for years. If we had a single baht for all the times Jatuporn has used the word coup, we'd be richer than Thaksin. The reference to the bomb attacks seems rather disingenuous, as a Constitutional Court judge's home was among those targeted. Guess what political faction the public believes were involved ? Doesn't he realize that the public ( particularly in Bangkok ) have the ability to piece things together in their own minds ? In terms of Yingluck appearing on stage at the UDD with all the other zealots ganging up on the judicial system - for once she'll be exactly where she belongs.

How can there be a coup when there is essentially no government to coup?

Yingluck isn't going to go on any stupid stage of a movement that is viewed as nothing more than a bunch of terrorists. She won't want people to see that she is no moire than part of the group, she prefers to hide that particular trait.

Jatts is just trying to use her to hopefully pull out a few hundred more of the great unwashed to make his daft rally look something formidable... which it aint.

So much for the UDD and red fools vowing to protect their darling Yingluck and government.... they are in tatters... They managed nothing and their rally is nothing other than a big whinging jamboree.

OK... a few more grenades will likely get lobbed, and few shootings here and there, but that will fade out in time once it dawns on the brainless that the war is lost.

All they have left now is a civil war, and I am sure the army will crush that within days.

Jatts wants to watch his step from here on in..... His card is marked and we are ever closer to the power shift that can see him put in prison for life. I hope he is very confident that his little red army are going to behave themselves... If they decide to riot, that is Jatt and Natt's fates sealed as terrorists who have incited yet another red shirt riot by calling them the to rise up and head for BKK.

These idiots just can't help themselves... Once this donkey is locked up.... he will be forgotten very quickly and just left to rot in his hole.

Wake up. The money spent to subsidize private schools -- private schools -- is a drop in the bucket compared to rice pledging.

Duh.

Yingluc to be new redshirt leader - you heard it here first

They should show some respect for her and stop pimping her out. She never wanted the job, let her be now.

the same respect she gave to 1.4 million debt ridden farmers...taxi for alex....biggrin.png

" What, me? Go to a rally and mix with the hoi polloi? In these shoes? I don't think so. "

Mr Jatuporn claimed that some movements want to speed up "closing the game"

That's about time that Jatuporn recognizes that the game is over, so what's wrong with speeding up the process a bit ?

That would be a first for a Shinawatra.

Yes, Yes , Yes.

You forgot to include the charges are nonsensical.

I can tell you as a fact that subsidization of private schools is very minimal. My school gets NOTHING from the government.

And the ex-PM was a puppet of her criminal fugitive brother and controller. Awesome sauce.
