As per title, I see in the right hand side next to post the is a poll manager, you can set title, ask questions, provide choice, but how do you then post it ? As clicking finish doesnt do anything.

Please advise.

When you've finished creating your poll, hit 'finish'.

Then put something in your initial post to go with the poll and hit 'Post New Topic'.
