Except, of course, that the weapons found in Lop Buri were found in a house in posession of a person, unlike the pipe bombs found at Lumpini by the police two days after the protestors had left. It's a bit more difficult to plant a person that admits ownership than to drop in the ID card of a man already wanted for murder (and thus unlikely to come out to deny it )

Since you posted this AFTER you posted something similar in the :large haul found" topic I tend to assume to see a case of hasty, franctic damage control. IMHO of course, but the PS seems to confirm my suspicion.
