Flooding in pattaya

Where are the places prone to flooding? I understand that sukhumwit road us sometimes flooded, but which section(s)?

How about soi map lai yia from soi 40 onward and nong prue in general?

I am a relative newbie so can offer only a small contribution but when I arrived last september and on some occassions since is has been pretty bad on Soi Khao Talo and also the roads (not sure of the names) parallel to either side of the railway line in the same vacinity heading North from Soi Khao Talo.

Suk routinely floods in that low area between Central and South Pattaya roads. People have used rafts to float down Beach road also. Pretty bad as the water is a mix of runoff and god knows what.
