A thai citizen who accidentally found policeman wearing civilian clothes holding m16 weapon. That policeman did not give any explanation about the m16. Police hotline was called and 2 policeman on duty arrived and the thai citizen requested the uniform policemen to check the civilian clothe policemen's vehicle to see if there are other weaponry.
