PATTAYA-May 15, 2014 [PDN];- As Pattaya court had ordered the Boutique Paradise Hotel to demolish the extension of 7 floors on the hotel after it was constructed illegally, they had also stopped any construction and ordered the lawyer from Pattaya to prosecute them.

The hotel had already been given a 180 notice to demolish the 7 floors which had now passed. P.B.T.A. (Pattaya Business and Tourism Association) went to meet Bang Lamung’s sheriff and Pattaya’s mayor in order to track the progress after they were informed that the hotel had slowly started to demolish the 7 illegal built floors. They are afraid that the extension is very dangerous to customers and it will destroy the good image of Pattaya.

Latest Mr.Sakchai Tang-Ho- sheriff of Bang Lamung- was accompanied with Mr.Ronnakit Ae-kasingha- Deputy mayor of Pattaya-, Mr.Sinchai Wattanasartsathorn- chief of P.B.T.A., administrative officers and a Pattaya technician team to examine the progress of demolishing of the 7 illegal floors.
