How I can pay the monthly bill on true h postpaid when I am not in Thailand?

Years ago I tryed to make a bank debit from account fill out the needed paper in Samui

Payed 100 baht service fee

But those super intelgent stuff

In the Samui true shop never send a fax to the bk hq

Thinking everything is okay

Shortly before I fly home a massage with the bill comes , I contacted the hotline no sorry sir no bank debit in our system you must pay at 7

I told please contact the Samui shop the do something wrong not I

I fly home after 4 month later I come back true number closed

I explain the problem

Payed all the monthly coasts and sone service fee again maybe a fine for not pay also after I put 5000 thb

On the table of the house, the stuff was amazed that I willing to pay this amount and reactivate my number!

I have old 599 baht promotion that I not want to loose, because have no more 300 free SMS 50 mms

Now it comes to the main question after telling the background story

Someone told me , that is possible to top up money in advanced with credit card over the phone!

May be the only possibility from outside Thailand ?

Does it realy work?

The true h app also after latest update always crashed when I click to paybill

What would happen, when I not pay the bill for a while, the risk to loose old promotion is to high, also maybe not open the number again?

Does someone have expirience about this?

You can pay the bills online or through their apps. I do that once in a while if I am not able get to a true shop.

I have a similar problem. True won't let me pay in advance but gave me 3 months 'credit' to pay, so at least trying to help.

Yesterday I payed bill

On 7 usually the confirmation massage come within secounds

But this time not come on true iService also look like a non payment

But hotline confirmed payment arrive

Does someone have similar problems ?

Yesterday I log on on public free wifi

In a city

Could only connect 10 minutes then not let me connect again

Now the stuff married my iPhones Mac adress and put in there system

Now it has auto connect not must enter password!

I usually receive the confirmation SMS 24-36 hours later, even if I pay in True shop or online.
