I bet they agreed to settle! See post 18 on this thread. These two got off very lightly. There is no point hitting a Shinclan member in the pocket and thinking it will hurt. Ah questions, questions....and another one.... Could the stations that are currently OFF AIR, apply to the Military to start broadcasting again, provided they DON'T carry ANY Political material, even News reports? I do feel for the employees (on BOTH sides) who will suffer, because the stations have had their ability to generate revenue taken away and I suspect the STAFF will be the first to feel the pinch. Afterall, it's other people's money that's cashed in. No one cares about the small investors who have lost a bundle in the process! Many stock movements in the SET, you can feel insider trading prior to their earning reports or some extraordinary events. Of course, it's in hindsight! But, in this case, it's done too vividly!
