Hello. My daughter shes 10 years old just arrive from The Philippines last week and im worried about her Stamp visa will expired. Im working as a teacher at Wathana Nakon and she will continue her studies as well here where i was currently working. My working permit is valid until February next year and it was renewable. I don't know how to run visa. Any agency? Please advice. Thanks a lot.

If you have an extension of stay from immigration she can get an extension of stay as your dependent. You will first need to get her a single entry non-o visa from a nearby embassy or consulate. You will need her birth certificate (in English or Thai translation) and copies of your passport including your extension stamp.

As soon as she starts school yshe can also get an ed-visa. That has the advantage that you can be a dependent of here, if you can show 500,000 baht in a bank account in Thailand in your name.
