going to myanmar in a few weeks. will this coup have effect on getting re entry permit at don muang airport? Have 1 year B visa.

Unlikely any disruptions at immigration at airports.

You have plenty of time why don't you get it now instead of waiting until you leave.

if u have a 1 year VISA ( not extension) you do not need a re entry permit

If you do have an extension go to immigration and get ur re entry permit before you leave, Only take 10 minutes or so.

i have been to the one of the new immigration places - imperial ladprao - not gonna do that again.

From reports the other one at Suksawat is less busy.

Suksawat is much less busy, my friend took 4 hours to get a 30 day extension at Lad Prao, I was in and out in 30 minutes at Suksawat
