My understanding of Thai law is as some have said: she has grounds to sure you for a unilateral divorce only if you in effect had a "mia noi" but not purely for adultery. As for you, you currently have no evidence of adultery. But what is with all this talk of suing? Whoever answers the Lawyer questions on this forum seems to have no legal idea, as some of his answers do not even relate to the question asked.
