How soon before your work permit and Visa extension expires should you enter a new application?

Extensions of stay can be gotten 45 days early at some places and most will allow 30 days early.

Work permit extension can also be gotten a month early, although I know of at least one that only allows 14 work days early.

Just a quick question. Can I do my extension of stay 45 days early in Bangkok? I have a non O multiple visa.

Yes, BKK allows 45 days early.
