Where to source for Thai or Chinese Local workers?

Featured Replies

as above, any guys have any ideas?

I have a business idea but I need to know how to be able to hire certain skilled workers.

Can't seem to know where I can advertise or approach to source for such help

Chinese workers in Thailand? Sorry but Thailand isn't Laos, so unless they meet the 4 to 1 ratio i.e. 4 local Thais to every 1 Chinese, you're better off hiring only Thais or perhaps Burmese/Lao/Cambodians if you need some unskilled labourers. In the latter case, there is a special visa category for them.

If you have a current registered business, the labor department in your area will post a job opening on their website with your needed requirements for staff
