After employment has been terminated which time frame remains

within I must return my work permit to labour department?

After that what will be the next step for me to do. Immigration, leaving the country

in how many days?

I am currently holding a (not expired) non-o with 1y extension based on my job.

Pretty sure both times are 7 days. Once you've had your extension cancelled you need to do a border run and enter on the un-expired non-o.

Pretty sure both times are 7 days. Once you've had your extension cancelled you need to do a border run and enter on the un-expired non-o.

After a foreigner resigns or his / her contract is terminated, the alien must return the work permit within 7 days from the date of the termination / resignation. They then have 7 days to leave the country if they have a extension of stay based on business ( job.)

One questions still remains - am I required to report to Immigration first or can I

fly out within 7days time frame without the blessing from the boys in Suan Phlu?

I don't have a re-entry permit in my passport and the extension is cancelled automatically

due to the departure stamp. Am I right or wrong?

Just fly with the wind. No need to notify anyone at Immigration as this will show in the computer, when you leave at the airport.
