Thai Intellect

Does anyone else feel that Thais are generally not as smart as Westerners? I strongly feel this to be true.

I went to one of those science museums and there was a sign indicating that the average IQ of Thai school kids was in the high 80s. I believe I still have the photo somewhere

I think they just look at things a different way,same as the Indians or many Asian culture's,education here is not as good as the west or somewhere like Japan,that i would agree with.
