Hi my gf runs money exchange businesses. Got few shops in pattaya.

And like 10 that staff in total.

Every shop is separate business company from what i understand.

We thinking if i can help her so i cod get permit on one of shops.

We want to know what additional monthly cost for her will be if employ me like taxes etc..

We got other idea as we bought new 4 story building and on botton plan open new exchange and living area on top..

Shr will register it as new company.

We got capital over 2mln..

Can she make me as shareholder? Not an employee so i get permit on that? Would be easier and cheaper?

Also I got high school in europe ni bachelor. Is that fine?
