Some questions regarding Rules Por Tor 5

1. Can I as westerner lease Por Bor Tor 5 land from my wife.

2. Subsequently can our company lease the same piece of land from me.

3. If either of 1 or 2 are possible what should be the main points in the lease. Also maximum length of the lease.

4. Can Por Bor Tor 5 land be used to derive income - hotel, guesthouse, restaurant, bar etc?

It's land granted by the Thai Govt (the owner) for occupation by farmers for the purpose of agriculture. Any sub-lease on such land is unenforceable at law.

Keep well away. Dealing with Chanote titled property is risky enough here, especially if you don't have loads of experience.
