What is a 5-year residency visa? There is permanent residency which I am applying for this year and has no yearly limitation except for the police reporting which I'm not sure is annual or every 5 years.

Can I suggest that you add the option

"Do not beleive that a five year visa exists"

I think that this would be the most common reply
