The last that I heard this condo was managed by QPM.

That company is based in Bangkok.

Suggest that you try via that route

Sorry when I say management office I mean the one in the foyer as you walk in,the place where you pay your service charges and water if you own a condo in there.

I understood what you meant.

QPM Bangkok will have that number-assuming that they still manage the place.

Others will be suspicious of your motives (which you have not specified) and keep quiet.

No big secret I just want to know how much service charge I owe so u can get it paid,I see what you mean tho
