I think it's "wife" - but I'm VERY impressed by your ability to read any of that at all!

Speculating:

you got a Non O visa at the embassy based on marriage and it is written near the visa sticker?

If so, it could simply mean "based on marriage", "not allowed to work in Thailand" (employment prohibited).

A standard formula.

Normally they use a stamp for that?

Yes that is correct, the reason for the visa was following the wife who is working in Thailand.

Didn't know what this is what it said but it makes sense.
