milkycheese Posted June 9, 2014 Share Posted June 9, 2014 Hi All, I recently paid 500,000thb off a condo and due to work changes cannot pay off as quickly as I would have liked. Thus my fiance applied for a loan from the bank with me as guarantor. I am understanding the condo will be held by the bank until the loan is repaid, however will it be solely owned by me as I made the payments through my partner? What legal protection can I put in place against her getting the condo when all is paid so the condo is solely mine after final payment and then apply for the deeds at the land registry at the end?
