dinga Posted June 10, 2014 Share Posted June 10, 2014 Thoroughly recommend Laem Mae Phim - provided you're looking for peace and quiet, great seafood and plenty of accommodation options (take a google tour). Within easy reach of Bangkok (3 hours or so, depending on traffic). If you are not driving, catch a mini-bus at Victory Monument: leaving daily on the hour from 6am - 7pm: and it will drop you (and pick you up again on the return journey) at the door of your digs.
