June 15, 201412 yr Does anyone have any recommendations for older (10-20 years old) condos in central Bangkok which are "still going strong" ? In other words, well-built to begin with, with thick walls, good flooring and bathroom materials etc. plus of course well-maintaned over the years. Edited June 15, 201412 yr by Globalist

June 15, 201412 yr Check out Langsuan Ville on Soi Langsuan, just down from Central Chitlom toward Lumpini Park . Royal Place 1 & 2, The Grand in the same general area. Cheap too at 2.5 million for 60-70 m2.
