METV or Visa Exemption for multiple short-stay entries? (+ internal flights).
Hi, Many thanks for your reply! Being based in the UK, I assume the best way to apply for this METV would be through the eVisa portal? (unless I am wrong!!) I have had a brief look at the requirements and I can see that I can get these I believe, including the financial ones. My only slight hesitation would be that my accommodation would be staying with my girlfriend at her place (Thai National), so I assume I would need an invitation letter or maybe further information (cope of lease)? Many thanks! -

Huge markup on imported foods. Why?
I don’t know where you buy your cheap healthy yummy food at good prices. I am in Sydney at the moment and haven’t been back for several years, I was warned about the costs but find the prices eye watering. On top of that the utility costs, public transport, taxis etc and don’t even think about a Thai massage. To be fair the wine is cheap compared with Thailand and I have been giving the NZ Sav Blanc a hammering. Today I bought Braun shaver in a sale at 45% discount but the rest no comparison. -

A typical week on Thailand's roads
Yes I do the same its a good strategy IMHO. They undertake on the left in the hard shoulder/motorcycle lane then zoom off into the right hand land at warp speed they overtake on the right then cut straight back into the hard shoulder for a tasty snack,coffee or fuel. I just keep on cruising along in the same lane no need to zig zag in and out of other traffic every few meters... "Slow is smooth and smooth is fast 😋 -
