Mario2008
All depends on where you apply. You can get a single non-O visa based on the birth certificate of your child, with household registration book and ID-card of gf. But you will not be able to get extensions of stay from immigration until you formaly legitimise your child. See http://www.thaivisa.com/forum/topic/381917-how-to-gain-parental-rights-as-a-father/ In addition you would need an income of 40,000 a month OR 400,000 in a bank account in Thailand for an extension of stay.
