AFFECT GETTING A NEW VISA AND TRAVEL

Hi Guys,

This is a passport of my friend peeling off, One of the pages, because she ripped off her expired visa.

Is this can affect her to the near future of travel? or even getting a new visa? She just got a new visa from sticker from ...... will this affect her to get an tension visa at the immigration? Any suggestions? or advice?
