A friend asked me recently why I was so silent (ทำไมวันนี้เงียบจัง) to which I replied เพราะว้ายุ่งมาก (because I was busy).

After that, she wrote "ไม่เป็นไรคม".

ไม่เป็นไร I understand and คม ้has various meanings, but I don't understand the meaning of the sentence. Can anybody help me with this one?

I wonder whether you failed to make it clear what was 'yung mak' and she thought you were indicating that you didn't want to be bothered by her. You could have said 'tam ngaan yung mak' which could have been clearer.

Perhaps she mis-typed ค่ะ..

From its position in the sentence, I think คม must either be:

(1) A noun meaning "a sharp edge"

(2) A mistyped noun

(3) A mistyped particle

If it's (1), could it be alluding to some aspect of the OP's personality?

Wife agrees with wprime that it is a mistyped ค่ะ , although ม is nowhere near ะ on my keyboard anyway.

I found out recently that it was in fact a typo. คม should have been ค่ะ
