90 day reporting non-o marriage

Featured Replies

I have a one year extension of stay. Got it when my visa expired.

This will be my first 90 day reporting, it is scheduled for 27 june.

I have read that it is allowed to do this reporting from 15 days before this date until 7 days after.

I have also read differently. Is there a definite answer to this?

27 June is for me a not so easy day to go. I would prefer to go Monday or if needed tomorrow. On 27 june if i must.

Also i have read that for reporting in person you basically only need to bring your passport and fill in a TM47 form which i can get while i am there.

Is that correct, no other paperwork or pictures needed?

Sounds too easy......

edit: fixed the number of the form.

What documents you need to show and submit all depends on where you report.

Most offices allow reporting by mail.

I understood that when you live in Bangkok reporting by mail was not allowed.

I planned to go to Chaeng Wattana. I live in the Phrakanong area.

Bangkok immigration allows reproting by mail. But must be send at least 15 days before the due date.

Gives the offices and documents needed for the several procedures.

You can do your 90 day report in person at Chaeng Wattana, Lad Phrao or Major Hollywood Suksawat.

You will only need a completed TM47 form and your passport.

You can do the report 15 day early or up to 7 days late including the day your report is due in the count.

Thanks guys. I will do my reporting tomorrow, Lad Phrao would be easier to get to. Next time i'll do it by mail, much more convenient.

I'll bring my passport (this seems to be the only requirement) and bring my lease agreement and folder with the usual documents, just in case.

Just came back from Lad Prao.

It couldn't be any easier or quicker.

Went in, got the form and a 'number' at one of the tables right next to the doors when you enter.

Then fill in the form, went to the right counter, gave the form and my passport, within a few minutes i got

my receipt and a new form for next time.

It did not take longer then 10 minutes from start to finish.
