A colleague just told me with a true lte sim , when data of 3 g allready used up and he enter a area where lte is avalible he have same full speed again in lte network on 899 b package

I have first 599 baht package 3G only

Also in Bangkok no lte access possible

Got the information , that is maybe possible over iTunes to update the network information manually , to connect 4g network also on a 3G only price plan when lte is avalible can someone confirm this?
