Popular Post tingtongteesood Posted June 30, 2014 Popular Post Posted June 30, 2014 Before all the red twits jump on this and start bleating, let me highlight from the report Meanwhile, the rice scheme corruption case against the government of former Prime Minister Abhisit Vejjajiva is also being processed, but has been delayed due to inadequate evidence for judgment. Of course the red sheeple will claim that there is lots of evidence despite the fact that they have never seen any whatsoever and will complain that this mass of non existent evidence has been purposely suppressed to give preferential treatment to Abhisit which of course those of us with more than 2 brain cells know to be completely untrue. I will add that if there is sufficient evidence I would like to see Abhisit brought to book JUST AS MUCH as Yingluck. All wrong doers must face the music.... 6
Popular Post seajae Posted June 30, 2014 Popular Post Posted June 30, 2014 doesnt matter which side is guilty as long as they are investigated fairly. We already know that a lot of the ptp evidence against abhisit was all bullsh*t and innuendo, this is half the problem , how do you prove something when the evidence is not there. If there is hard evidence go for it but the problem is a lot of the accusations are just fallacy, put in place by the ptp to try to get the dems on board with what the ptp wanted to do but of course the red apologists will deny all this and accuse the courts of bias as that is easier than to admit the truth that the ptp were prepared to do what ever it took to gain any advantage. Corruption has no place in politics , everyone should be treated equally and the evidence followed through to the end. 6
Popular Post Thai at Heart Posted June 30, 2014 Popular Post Posted June 30, 2014 The rice industry is endemically corrupt. As is rubber and sugar. Why does anyone believe otherwise? The farmer gets screwed to varying degrees no matter who is in power. 6

bangrak Posted June 30, 2014 Posted June 30, 2014 Wouldn't it be that the NACC wants to be able to use all the new evidence that is floating up, now that the military are 'assisting' the police and the officials (there is no worse blind than the one who does not want to see...) in the inspections? Thank you again General, Sir!

Pick a crop, any crop, and you will find cartel practices. Thailand has the illusion of a free market for the farmer selling his product.
surangw Posted June 30, 2014 Posted June 30, 2014 giving them plenty of time to destroy/fabricate records.
Ulic Posted June 30, 2014 Posted June 30, 2014 Personally don't care who's side someone is on corruption is corruption. There is plenty of corruption going on in Thailand. All of it should be investigated and if there is a case it should be prosecuted to the full extent of the law. End of story.

I think you will also find the Democrats scheme for all farmers was nothing like the PTP model , all they are doing is just checking the books make sure everything is above board and making sure there are no favouritism.
