Keep in mind that: - CP Thailand holds the 7/11 franchise for Thailand but it doesn't make all the rules. - The brand owner (company in Japan) makes the rules and regulations, the processes etc. It's very likely that they have to operate according to Japan commercial laws and regulations and that very probably means they must provide ever customer with some form of paperwork; items, total cost, change, etc. And that probably means the same details in within the regulations / processes the franchise holder must observe. Don't kid your self that CP is all powerful and can override he franchise regulations. -
