Implement a preventive maintenance programs for the entire range of equipment. Establish a mapping of the existing equipment worldwide and propose a refurbishment plan in terms of budget, priorities and planning. Provide solutions to complex problems through assessment of failure re-occurrence data. Liaise with After Sales Service Teams on a weekly basis to ensure proximity coordination and be able to identify dysfunctions within a short notice and propose preventive actions. Refresh up and develop preventive maintenance policies and procedures. Define and conduct preventive maintenance training for both customers and After Sales Service Teams to ensure best practices and compliance with Company procedures. Requirements: Age: 30 years old up. Education: Bachelor Degree in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering. Experience: minimum 5 years’ experience in Planned and/or Preventive Maintenance withinan Engineering work environment. Technical requirements: good knowledge and understanding of Mechanics, Hydraulic andElectric diagrams and systems. Highly organized and able to enforce procedures. Experienced in a coordination role with various nationalities. Excellent communication skills, both spoken and written. Computer literate in MS Office, internet & experience of drawing/PLC software is useful. Fluent in English. Ability to travel internationally.
