Which consulate/embassy in Thailand/BKK is recommended re letters for so-called "retirement" purposes? The one of the nationality of ones passport, or the nationality of lifetime residence & birth?

Edited by oldthaihand99

The one where the money comes from. I assume you are writing about getting an income letter.

Thank you. Yes. All bank accounts & income comes from the non passport nation, so i take it that is the consulate/embassy in LOS where i should try to get such a letter.

You could try the one you have a passport for. Some will do them with income from anywhere.

Normally it is the embassy of the county which nationality you hold. Mine does so regarding proof of income from other countries, providing the proof of income is in English.
