Want print out the history of last 2 month for my cyber k card online banking not yet activated yet

Woman on counter told me only a real credit card have a payment history but not a debit card can someone confirm this?

The bank check now the bank book history first the eu onlineshop in Germany cannot take the money not enough in account 5 day later money comes back, but 2 week later the onlineshop charge 2 time same amount and send abill again

I ask on counter why I can pay online when no money in account, why come back again and why this online company one week later can charge 2 time same amount

Is this problem known?

i have a k bank debit card and get an online statement but when you open e mail you have to scroll down to access any detail a bit confusing seeing it reads at the header nothing recorded mmmmmmmmmmm

Must wait 5 days get pw and login by mail

Today a welcome mail come after open the account I can eat all menus on mc Donald's for free what a great promotion

Now the pw for k cyber banking comes with SMS the email say must enter account number and pw to get otp and activate online banking

But iPhone kcyber app only in Thai

And also on website found nothing to login and request pw?
