Honda CBR250R 249cc 24hp with after market exhaust 25+ Honda CBR300R 286cc 30.5hp Honda Forza 300 279cc 33.3hp with variator est 35.5, plus free flow exhaust 38hp (Engine still stock!) Just working with the numbers I have. If i use yours the % improvement becomes 29hp. Forza 250 was 24.8. So yes comparable to CBR250. As a reference they got 10.9 from a PCX 125 which is about right. So dyno is not way off. But as they say figures lie and lairs figure Not saying the scooter is faster just the engine is not a dog or an electric toothbrush.
